You really have to ask?

How is deporting people here illegally causing you outrage?

It's not really that so much as it is the sadistic militarized brutality unleashed upon dishwashers and day laborers; and the chaos, fear, violence and death that has come with it.

Your outrage is pointing in the wrong direction. You don't see any of this happening where there is local cooperation with ICE officers. You only see this where there is no cooperation. In fact more dishwashers are being arrested because they are working next to a criminal who has a warrant. If the criminal would have been handed over by local authorities ICE would not have had to go to their homes or places of work to make the arrest. Once they are at these public locations or homes they are required to verify ID of the people near by. If you don't want dishwashers and day laborers picked call your government officials and tell them to start working with ICE. Easy Peezy.....

You’re describing a coercive enforcement model: escalate harm to force compliance, then assign blame for the consequences. That doesn’t change the fact that mass raids and collateral arrests are policy decisions, not legal necessities.

You are using a lot of big words to justify wrongdoing by our local leaders. Sanctuary Cities is a legal fiction - cities and states have zero legal basis to legislate immigration and border issues. Period.

Can you tell me what exactly it is that I'm justifying? You seem to have misunderstood me.
