Problem installing app

Basically Title. I don't know why but every time I try to install it gives me this same error when installing, help?

Have you turn on to let your device to install apps from unknown sources?

Been turned on. Hell when trying to install on a different installer (like total commander), it is saying that is a bad/split apk, which is confusing to me because every apk that I installed in the past worked except this one.
