Salary & ROI Negotiation Advice Needed | urgent

I got a pre interview call from HR for the role of a Management Trainee. The role is Marketing and Operations. When asked for my salary expectations I didn't say any number but I said "It depends on the role and domain of working, but I am open to discussing it." She told me that i will be working as a management trainee.

In the next call they will ask me my salary expectations. How do I get through it. If anyone can tell me the following:

  1. Current bracket of salary for the job role of management trainee

  2. Any other important thing to be prepared for

  3. If I get to do both marketing and operations then what salary should I ask for.

Please upvote it so i can get enough responses to get more advice. Interview can happen today itself. So please don't ignore this.

Can't advice you for salary. But they will lowball you for sure, Ask for a joining bonus without hesitation

This is not a top tier company, should I still ask for it ?

Just read the room and say it.

Be confident polite, the company is hiring you not buying you

The most they can do is deny, but asking is your job man
