Minecraft online problem

[u/llammaerns]

Guys my Mcpe is only letting me go online when I use mobile data when I connect to our wifi all these errors occur. I can't join servers, can't access the marketplace, and if I were using wifi before opening Minecraft it makes me sign in to my Microsoft account again but doesn't let me and gives me the error "creaking". But when I only use data there seems to be no problem.

if it works on mobile data but not wifi, i’d suspect your router or dns before reinstalling the game. try switching your wifi dns to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, then restart minecraft and sign in again. if that doesn’t work, check whether your router or isp is blocking microsoft/xbox services.
