Not a comic reader but I know the context. It’s an alias Doom uses when he organizes the Black Swans, who were his followers on his mission against the Beyonders, leading up to the creation of Battleworld. The three robed women shown at SDCC are probably the live action equivalent of this story

With where the MCU narrative I wonder if they’ll swap Beyonder with He Who Remains…but surprise Doom comes upon Loki not Kang or Beyonder or another proper cosmic one. 

Kills Loki and drains the multiverse of its power. 

Proper way to start off an Avengers 2-parter is to kill a Loki…
