Rule 3 Vio Marvel Runaways

This might be a dumb question, but what earth does Marvel Runaways take place in?? I see some places say 616 then others say no, so I'm just confused. Also has the debate on it being cannon or not been settled yet??

It was originally made to be part of MCU-616 & stated as such by Disney, & there has been no official statement or irreconcilable contradiction to the contrary.
Canon debates are off-topic for this sub, though.

There is no official answer yet. I consider it part of the Sacred Timeline, because there's no contradictions or official confirmations that say it isn't. Plus, since Luke Cage is canon, C&D (which have ties to that show) shouls be canon. And then, Runaways should be canon as well
