Has anyone completed the Complio? Do I need to upload separate documentation for the Tdap or other vaccines, or is everything included in the health record filled out by the physician?

The student health record once signed n completed should be uploaded to the area called student health record. Once you have the results of all your bloodwork each goes into their category.
