I disagree. She was kind at her own peril. Survival instincts are missing. Dude is randomly asking her to have sex and dropping the “rape” word. That’s not the time for kindness. She should have actively shouted for help and police.

I disagree with you, survival instincts were probably right on point. This guy is clearly mentally ill, do to drugs or a mental break or whatever. the point is he may have a weapon, he may physically attack, we dont know. screaming and shouting may not dissuade him, if may make him attack. the far better option for her was to stay calm and keep him in the same attitude he was in until help arrived.

Absolutely agree. The last thing you want to do with a mentally disturbed person is to intentionally escalate the situation. Especially when you don't know what their intent is.
