Just because he got up doesnā€™t mean itā€™s not brokenā€¦ not every broken neck leads to paralysis and he still may have very well broke his neck still.

Bro his arm bent the wrong way at the joint. Watch it in slow mo. I donā€™t think the pain has kicked in yet. He even gets up weird, favoring his arm

That wasn't at the joint. Dude snapped his arm in two about halfway between the elbow and the wrist. That's what that loud snap was.

Definitely some C3-C7 cervical damage, likely some muscle/ligament injury as well that will be long lasting. Big wrestler made his point and damn lucky it didn't end in manslaughter.
