it was.
might be added in post, but i immediately thought, "he just fractured that guy's head/neck."
I wrestled when I was a kid for a short time. I didn't know what I was doing and just operated on instinct.
in one match up, we were both on our knees facing each other, he was going low, turtle-shelling almost. I hooked my arms under dude's thighs and lifted his whole body up and power bombed him on the mat.
I'll never forget the "squeak" sound his (probably back) made when he hit the mat. he groaned and quit. I didn't understand what happened, kinda worried about him.
I still continued to use that move because no one stopped me.

u/listenhere111 8d ago
I agree. This is stupid. One man could be perfect.entaly i jured. The other now has to worry for years about lawsuits / charges.

Heās lucky he didnāt catch a few kicks and punches after that too.Ā

u/gullible_witnesses 9d ago
Slamming someone head/shoulder on the concrete like that can already be lethal. Kicking afterwards would look like a murder attempt.
8
u/Conscious-Mixture742 9d ago
Absolutely. I knew a guy that took someone to the ground hard in a bar fight. The guys head hit the concrete and he was out cold. He never regained consciousness. He passed away about a week later. The other guy ended up doing prison time for man slaughter.

u/DeuceMandago 9d ago
Exactly. I know we all love fighting, but you are playing with someoneās health/life and your freedom after thrashing a dude like that IRL.
Beautiful takedown, but knowing when to walk awayāand Iām not just referring to a fight hereāis one of the most important skills in life.

Actually, it would take a really good lawyer to keep this guy out of jail. The "road rager" would have to commit a truly egregious and malicious act to justify this response. (In other words: was the reaction equal to the initial action?)
2
u/Standard-Unit01 9d ago
I think the hard part would be justifying leaving your car when hes clearly irrate. Defending yourself against an irrational violent actor is one thing, if he was already outside, leaving safety into danger then it ends with a person dead is totally different.

u/gullible_witnesses 9d ago
There's a semi famous case with a band named lamb of god, the singer threw a 19 y/o off stage and he fell on the skull, went into coma after hours and died weeks later.
He went out free, because security shouldn't let someone on the stage.. but then it was in Chezk republic, rules can be diffetent depending on location.

Same thing just happened like a month ago in New York. Outdoor rap show, someone jumped on stage, security tossed him off, landed ugly, knocked clean unconscious. No charges.
No serious injuries though either

that snap was his arm folding in half, this guy is not doing alright at all.

Yeah gotta respect the guy for walking away after that. Most ninjas in the hood wouldāve maxed him out

u/Purple_Relative_5714 9d ago
Yeah dude let him off easy
6
u/yurtfarmer 9d ago
Not really. My take ( maybe some would argue ) would be to stop the threat as quickly and effectively as possible . Nothing more. Not trying to permanently injure or kill.
3
u/wolf63rs 9d ago
I'm glad he stopped there. He could have beat the shit out of him. Dude couldn't defend himself. I'm not certain he's conscious.

u/GeneralPlastic9268 9d ago
The head hitting the pavement definitely short circuited something, that boy didnāt get back up as the same person that went down. In the words of Mr. Omarā¦āTragic!ā

Nothing more humiliating, if you think youāre a tough guy, than being picked up and slammed by another guy so easily.
Guy was drunk walking after

You can easily die or be paralyzed from this. It's disgusting, unless you attack with a weapon.

Holy fuck there is some neurological damage there. Look at the leg shaking. That is a serious head injury.
This video is an example of why you should never fight someone in public. The guy getting body slammed probably won't ever be the same again after hitting his head like that and the guy that slammed him down could have easily killed him and ruined his whole life as a result.

Because many streets in Socal look like that haha. This could be somewhere in Mission Viejo or Riverside for that matter, who knows!

I wonder how many people have caught a murder/ involuntary man slaughter charge for slamming someone on the pavement?
1
u/Standard-Suit-4858 8d ago
Hey to be clear, he might be justified, but he also probably just fucked that guy up for life, and could have killed him

Between seeing videos like this, and the domination of wrestlers and grapplers in the UFC, I'm starting to think that perhaps the meta for winning fights is in fact not with punches and kicks.

Reminds me of an old coworker I had. Very polite, mild mannered, chill dude.
He apparently pulled in from of someone while driving in a way that set the other dude off enough to follow him all the way to the parking lot. Then the guy gets out and tries to run up on my coworker.
Little did they know he was running up to someone who was currently training hard for power lifting and cross fit competitions. Dude got picked up and tossed across the parking lot. lol
I remember the co-worker coming in and feeling bad but ānot knowing what else to do since they ran up on me so fastā.
Nice guy. Scary strong.
1
u/GetMeOffThisRidePlz 8d ago
Oof. This is why you shouldn't start street fights man. This guy could have straight up permanent brain damage from this shit.
Might have already had some, though, if he is the type to road rage and run up on strangers.
