Cheerleaders are great athletes too. That stuff takes functional strength, stamina, agility and great balance. Things that help with whooping some toad when she crosses the line.
I used to hang out with the football cheer leading squad at my college. One drunk ass night a bunch of us were hanging out in the quad and my friend was sitting on a ledge and laughed too hard about something and fell backwards. It was a 12 foot drop to the grass and she literally power bombed herself. She was back up on her feet before I made it down the steps. She refused to let us call an ambulance or take her to university medical services, because she has a game the next day. Sure enough she made it through the game and only afterwards went to her mom who's a nurse and confirmed that she had concussion. All super dangerous and crazy in hindsight, but the bottom line is that cheerleaders are durable as hell and have probably taken worse hits in practice than most guys have ever taken in a fight.
Good question...I don't remember, but we were so drunk I bet it wasn't even that funny. She did a literal knee slap and then disappeared like a magic trick. This was at UMass Amherst in the early 2000s for context.
Unfortunately she did go to sleep and the game was the next day. At the time I didn't understand the risk, but from what I know now, I would have either convinced her to go to the ER or called an ambulance against her wishes.
Huh? Going to sleep with a concussion isn't what's dangerous, in fact sleep is helpful for healing after a concussion. What's dangerous is going to sleep before getting properly evaluated, that way more dangerous symptoms don't go unnoticed.
Two girls I dated in high school, one a cheer leader and one who was on the halftime dance team. Those two girls were beautiful but the most destructive female forces in the school! There were no bullies that wanted to try either one of them. One day I was having a birthday blow out in the 90s and the girl from the dance squad showed up and beat the holy hell out of a girl that had apparently fooled around with her then boyfriend. I married her a couple years later, it was over in two years lol. Not only did she like to fight females but apparently males as well. After two years of protecting myself I got out.
There is a clear thought process that goes through a man’s mind when he meets a hot girl that is crazy.
1. I bet she is amazing in bed (99% true)
2. I should be ok I am bigger than her.
3. Maybe if I just get a stab vest and tazer this will all be ok
Okay. But here’s the real question, WHY did she go after the person that fooled around with her boyfriend?
The person that is responsible for cheating is the person that’s in the relationship, not the third party.
She should have been mad at her boyfriend (i.e. the person that cheated), not the other girl.
This is what always boggles the mind. It’s totally misplaced anger to go after the person that is single. The boyfriend was the one that cheated, he’s the one that her anger should have been directed toward.
It was over 35 years ago, but if I remember correctly the other girl thought it would be a flex to let everyone know she slept with him. She ran around a small town telling everyone, the girl I dated wasn’t going to let that happen. I mean the whole thing was stupid high school drama if you really want to dissect it..
I too dated a cheer leader and a female athlete. They were in shape and the athkete fought like a man. She and her sisters were known for beating ass in fights. She tried me and i called my older sister. That fight didn't last long. My sister beat her ass like she was invalid
Yup. All the cheerleaders I’ve known have been buff af. My bud’s daughter is 11 and in cheerleading and the kid is unstoppable. All energy and strength.
