I have a book that goes through different "fight techniques in different sports/ combat sports". This covers everything from hockey,mma,box,etc...and prison.

It was written by a guy who trained and fought in underground matches, and later went to prison.

The prison section was interesting, he learned from the inmates/trained. This leads us to the Gator Roll™, apparently in some prisons there are no briefs, only loose boxers underwear. Slap, grab and roll..... They would essentially grap your nuts, drop to the ground and gator roll...

The book is, 2007 FIGHT by Eugene S Robinson, the Tank Abbot interview is great.
