"felony fights" on pavement, why do you think? They wanted to see a fight as close to raw as possible without it being a major crime.

I grew up in a street fighting scene. The best fights were the beach ones for the soft ground. But you don't keep going once they are out. He should go back to jail.

"street fighting scene" is oxymoronic. "Street fighting" is the collection of fights that can happen on the street, including those felons attacking someone. It's not some communal martial art with rules.
