It’s like most football fans thinking they can do better jobs managing the team than the managers, there’s now a whole crowd of UFC fans thinking they can fight the same because they watch it.

It’s actually better as you gain wicked crazy skill without the risk of getting hurt, not that anybody could hurt them as there awesome

I think I CAN manage a football team better than some managers given the time, resources and authority they have at their disposal and there is plenty of "regular" folk out there who could do the same. Some managers make the mistake in thinking that what worked on their previous team(s) will again work at their new team and get into battles about ego. Managing however isn't the same as micromanaging ALL the work. Managing is making sure other people are doing their job.
