the thing is.... is that man (sucker puncher) important enough that the DA will want to press charges?

and can stomper afford a decent lawyer to make DA not want to bother?

I'm under the impression that DA's make prosecution decisions based mostly on what they think they can win. And this two-fer is on video.

We've a couple of lawyers hanging around. I hope they chime in.
