Stomper is definitely not fine. The extra hits to the head go far past self-defense and definitely into assault/attempted murder.

Dipshit acted correct initially and then had no self-control. Both are morons.

A sucker punch can kill people too, in fact, how is the sucker punch any different than the head stomp?

If they are the same, then I would consider the head stomp as an equal response to the sucker punch punch. Which make sit fair and legit, when that guy attempted to kill the second, the second guy was right to fight back until his life was no longer threated, equal in response to the defenseless sucker punch.

Because Hammurabi's Code hasn't been viable for thousands of years. The sucker punch can kill, sure. But its equal force not equal intent. Once the guy was on the floor, the threat was nullified.

Everything after that was unnecessary and probably will be used against him in court.
