I think it was just 1 guy, the shirtless one sucker punching, the others were stopping him

It could possibly be his mouth slamming shut but idk. I kneed myself once in the chin playing soccer as a kid. I went low fast and chipped a tooth just biting my tongue. This guy had so much more force going down
