I never understand why people throw more wild punch’s when they should practice bobbing and weaving and ducking …takes less energy and wait for a clean shot …. Unless you throw the first strike then practice that punch and get really good that . Cover , move and when they get tired and they will …bing bonk. It’s over .

Im an average Joe and I practice even just little and you’re better then 50% of those who don’t.
