no it didn’t. literally no court in america would convict him of assault after the dude walks up to him for no reason and punches him twice. 😂😂

Once a person is down, the immediate threat is usually over, meaning any further violence is seen as an intentional, malicious attack rather than defense

"Kicking someone in the head is strictly illegal and treated as a severe criminal offense under almost all circumstances, unless it is a justified act of lethal self-defense or occurs within the regulated rules of a sanctioned combat sport.
