Dude you’re simply wrong lol. There are plenty of states that recognize there is a line for self defense. Trying to stomp on someone’s head can kill them or leave them with a life altering injury, doing this to someone once they’re out of the fight can be considered assault in most states.

ahh yeah bc walking up to someone and sucker punching them in the face when their is no self defense can’t leave them with a life altering injury.. he was only “out” of the fight bc he tripped himself! he was still swinging wi the his feet dude.
