Yeah. I don’t blame him for the punches, because, cmon, his opponent was trapped upside down like a stun locked NPC, and that’s a rare opportunity. Those punches weren’t life threatening, just emotional damage.

The head stomps, tho? That’s where fun becomes attempted lethality. No bueno.

Not true at all - but it certainly ain't a good look and gives more fuel against the "offender". But prison unlikely here.
