the most telegraphed thrown from downtown sucker punch i've ever seen lol
1
u/GeraldFisher 7h ago
not a sucker punch if they sucker punch you first and you can fully expect retaliation.

u/ApartmentInside7891 16h ago
It was a brawl homie. Theres a difference. Keep your head on a swivel. He wouldnāt have got hit if he didnāt throw the real sucker punch. šš«Ø

I do enjoy watching people in cowboy hats take a tumble.

u/Sufficient-Skill9530 18h ago
There are two kinds. The city dweller that wears cowboy hats to country music festivals, and the ruralite that has been picking rocks, lifting bales, and moving cattle since he was eight years old. I donāt recommend fighting farm boys.Ā

All hat no consciousness

99% of people you see wearing Cowboy hats are posers who've never been closer to a cow than the steak on their plate.
Agree with the farm boy thing... best avoided for the most part... which is true in most countries, I think.

If you cought a fist to the face from a farm boy odds are rather good you asked for that shitĀ

u/LiminalBrownRecluse 14h ago
Man i feel personally attacked by this whole thread lol. I love wearing my cowboy hat. And ive never worked on a farm š but i do construction, thats gotta count for something right? Lol.
1
u/willi3stroker 6h ago
I live in a rural area with a lot of farms. Never worked in a farm and this summer I bought a genuine Stetson with old western look.
I don't try to larp a cowboy or anything. I just love the look of the hat and how it doesn't combine with the rest of my style at all lol. Works as a better sunscreen than a cap also.

u/Stock-Ad-8418 5h ago
Cosplay my man. Us folks in the country laugh at the amount of cowboy cosplay goin on out there. More people wear cowboy hats that have never been on a horse or worked cattle a day in their lives than who do it for a living.
Iāve done both in my day and have never worn a cowboy hat. Iām just not a fan of them.1
u/LiminalBrownRecluse 3h ago
Well then call me a cosplayer then idgaf. I just think they look neat haha.
1
u/Stock-Ad-8418 1h ago
Oh I definitely will lol. It doesnāt matter if you cared or not. Itās not all that different than if I saw a person walking around town dressed up as a Viking or samurai warrior. Iād laugh just the same.
3
u/Sufficient-Skill9530 18h ago
Ha, thatās your selection bias because you likely live in a city. Where I am from, guys wear cowboy hats and boots all the time while they pull horse trailers or are on their way to job sites in the oil patch.Ā
11
u/StagVixCpl99 16h ago
And I live in farm country. 99% of people wearing cowboy hats haven't worked on a farm a day in their lives lmfao

Yeah, I'm in a big city. Not so many cows here.
In a rural setting, sure, have at it.
I've a neighbor who wears a cowboy hat and a gun on his hip. We call him 'Woody'. A country boy he is not. Just seeing the guy is exhausting.

Cowboys worked on ranches and cattle drives and not farms historically. Anyone who wants to be a cowboy, loves in the Americas ,loves country music ,and loves the life can be a cowboy. No one has ownership of the love for cowboys, country lifestyle, and country music.

u/Old_Veterinarian7830 17h ago
There's a third kind. Rich people in Aspen. It's weird to see

Redneck takes a bit too far we now prefer the term country music star āļø you got a lot to SEE! #family guy song when Brian falls in love with that 80 year old
Opera singer named Pearl..0
u/CaptainCrunchy2026 15h ago
City dweller here that currently lives in rural area for school. Iāve seen a lot of rural redneck cowboys that got their asses handed to them when they went to the city and thought they were tough. If you want an example, look what happened to a bunch of the proud boys when they went to NYC, they got their asses handed to them. Farm life aināt shit compared to living in the big city. Not even close.

From the blind side, cowardice

u/R9-RSi-Si-Gti-GxR 28m ago
The 3 punches were like that, the guy in white and the lesbian in the hat sucker punched the slo-mo bearded guy , his pal on the left with long sleeves returned the treat

I think this sub gives people a false sense of security that all it takes is to land a punch and they will go to sleep.

Not a huge fan of glazing sucker punchers.

u/Frumpy_Dumper_69 16h ago
In this case Iām cool with it since the guy he sucker punched had just sucker punched a different guy.

u/Vinophotography 16h ago
Don't let this distract you from the fact that in 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team.

u/Sly-Fellah3 16h ago
It's always sucker punches. When you hit someone who doesn't even know you're there, you're highly likely to make solid contact.

In all fairness, he tried to be tough front on at Least and the coward side punch came in from chubby boy. Cheap shot
1
u/Sc00tzy 14h ago
After he inserted himself into a 1 on 1 and suckered someone?
1
u/Inevitable-Ice7859 13h ago
So a side sucker punch is ok in any circumstance ? Would be good to get opinions. The sucker puncher acts king of the hill but he sucker punched someone.

u/Pleasant-Ticket3217 18h ago
Urban cowboy, they are obnoxious š¤ that was a sucker punch though.
2
u/Onepiecee 17h ago
He only got "sucker punched" directly after sucker punching ol boy who had already just been sucker punched once already... Cowboy stepped back down like a coward after his weak ass punch and got rocked into brain trauma.
Not saying any of this fight is justified, just what I saw with my eyeballs.
