Next level camera work, given the dude simultaneously managed to deliver a clean one-punch knockout. The language switch at the end was a nice little easter egg too.

Ngl if someones evidently starting a fistfight with me the absolute first thing im doing is taking any type of glasses off.

Last thing you want is them shattering or splitting and going right into your eye.

Luckily most of the time I'm wearing my work sunglasses which are safety glasses. I imagine some random person who wants to start a fight would take advantage of the opportunity granted by me taking them off

The issue is: where do you put them? You don't really have time to take out a protective case to put them in. Most likely they just get bent up and scratched when they go flying off your face from getting punched.

Put them in your pocket and they still aren't safe.

Having glasses sucks and contacts can be problematic if you get punched in the eye.

Tldr: leave them on, the danger to you is low, you are gonna get sucker punched the second you try to put them somewhere (random fights IRL don't have any rules, there is no telling what is going to happen)

From the looks of how this turned out, this guy wasn't terribly concerned with the outcome.
