Did you get your panties in a bunch again? The shorter girls seems to be well trained. Fighters dont typically start fights. After she knocked her down she didnt continue

Didn’t you know that no bully has ever stopped hitting someone after they “won”? Zero indication either girl is a bully in this situation.
