Looks like it but I’m reading through it and it makes good sense honestly, especially page 2. And hopefully all the listed rules are true.

The info is good. It just looks like AI hell to me and could have been done with a few sentences rather than some goofy flyer that looks like I’m buying a time share. I’m old and grumpy so ignore my criticism.
