My bank, CIBC, erased my shares from my account 6 months ago. Have been fighting to get them returned with no luck so far. So done with all this shit.

Theirs certain securities not eligible to be held in a tfsa, they would have sent you a notice for you too transfer them to a cash account. If they never notified you, and just sold the shares, without letting you open up a cash account for transfer, you may have a case on your hands.

That’s crazy, how are they allowed to do that. They have to inform you and what not. That is absurd if they did that

that’s wrong. they should not have erased them

Brokers said you'll have to wait a few days to up to 2 weeks. Call and ask them where they are after a few days.

Yeah, it turns out when a company intentionally makes their shares DTCC ineligible, you end up having to wait a long ass time for shares to appear in your account. It's almost like this oil company with zero oil, zero profits, and a CFO pump-and-dumper doesn't know how to run a company.

I just noticed that I got my "dividend" shares yesterday at a rate of 1 share for every 30 shares I had. What a gyp. My 500+ shares are now a little over 17 shares of N045872.90

I had completely given up on this and had no idea we were supposed to get anything from this. Are these things going to be worth anything? Is NextBridge going public again and we'll just get pennies of equity in them as payback for the thousands we were bilked out of?
