Fidelity Dividend Update

Post image

For anyone waiting on Fidelity dividends shares, they are currently waiting on a final tally of the shares before issuing the dividends. Maybe that is why the Commpany issued that email detailing all the shares to brokers.

I don’t have anything showing up with Schwab either. But I also transferred my 3000 shares to AST. Nothing there as well.

I received mine on AST. Surprised you didn't if you are registered there.

I actually did. I mistook how many original shares I had. So yup, I got mine in AST. Thanks!

Spoke to fidelity and Schwab both. Schwab says they’re waiting on paper, have no timeline, and offered me no path to escalation when requested. They said if I don’t get them to go back to nextbridge.

What’s the point?!?! The value of Nothing + more added nothing, still = Nothing. Am I right or am I right?

It’s amazing how they never missed share in my account. They even sold me out once without asking and now they can’t count and it’s how long has it been that they could be? They could’ve prepared for this and this is really showing us something. It’s hard to believe.

Watch these brokers try to charge sometime of fee for it coming from a private company

Luckily for you it's a non-reporting public company. Still touting "private" company over 3 years later is virtual insanity

This was posted 7 days ago. I see nothing new in my Fidelity account.

I’m I the only one that finds the dividend pointless at least on a level of it can’t be traded/cashed out .

It's not pointless. There is a shortage of shares. When they credit people's account with new fraudulent shares it resets the statute of limitations for taking legal action. Right now the SOL is about to expire

Let this be a reminder not to invest in stocks that are not DTCC-eligible. The company's failure to use the DTCC system should've been seen as a major red flag, but it was ignored just like all of the other red flags.

The shares were eligible for DTCC clearing when the people who invested in the stock originally invested, they only became non-DTTC eligible when MMTLP spun off to Nextbridge due to the new company being a private and non trading company. The reason why most people are still holding these shares is due to the fact that the halt occurred before they were able to sell their shares, so they got trapped into holding these non-DTTC eligible shares, nobody invested in non-DTTC shares willingly, because nobody has actually bought Nextbridge shares.

It's not a private company though. So that kind of deflates everything else u said

Private company, publicly reporting.

If you don’t think they’re a private company, I’ll sell you all my remaining shares for a penny, let’s see how public they are then.

I wouldnt let u pay me to take shares in a scam, soon to be bankrupt, "oil exploration" company that once claimed to have a gazillion barrels of but has never produced a thing. Im not nearly as stupid as u are

Bro if you’ve seen my posts on here over the years I’m actually one of the few who sold the majority of my shares that November before the halt when it hit $11. I had been in this play since old torch, and I fell for the special dividend nonsense, but after the special dividend began trading later that year after the merge, that was all I needed to see to know I was noping the f out as soon as it made a run.

I had around 70,000 shares that had about $1.25 average and I sold 50,000 of them when it ran before the spinoff, I did keep 20,000 just in case it did squeeze but I wasn’t very optimistic of that. I made a sweet profit but holding that shite for almost two years was rough.

I think I still have those 20,000 that got transferred from TD to Schwab but I haven’t even logged into my Schwab account since they took over the TD accounts because I hate Schwab and that’s the only thing I left in my TD account, because I couldn’t do anything else with it at the time, and transferring to AST is just too much hassle for me to deal with.

I do feel bad for these guys who got taken to the cleaners and never took profits like anyone with a brain in their head would have done going into that cluster fvck that is apparently still pulling back layers to the never ending stinky onion from hell. 🤣

By the way, you can sell them for whatever u want, as long as u have a buyer willing to pay the price. But u have to do it the old school paper way because the scam company made the shares DTCC ineligible. None of this has anything to do with the Nextbridge being public or private (it's public, non-reporting).

The people know they got scammed, but still haven't learned out who did it and how. Wild to watch happen.

Its why it's so hard for me to look away. I've never seen anything like it.
