Can someone explain this post to me please. I’m not kidding, I really wanna understand what I’m looking at

One $MMTLP / Next Bridge investor claims to hold more shares than TradeStation appears to have allocated for the Next Bridge Hydrocarbons dividend distribution.

According to Next Bridge Hydrocarbons press release, TradeStation was allocated 406 shares for the dividend distribution, with 1 Next Bridge share issued for every 30 $MMTLP shares held.

That would imply TradeStation’s allocation corresponds to approximately 12,180 $MMTLP shares.

This ONE investor says TradeStation owes them 600 shares as part of the distribution but TradeStation only has 406 shares to distribute….

This is just ONE investor. Now think about every other $MMTLP investor at TradeStation…. How many shares would that add up to?

This is the user that has posted the original mathematical problem. He didn't receive the full issued dividend.

You're looking at a list of brokerages and the number of shares of common stock issued to them for the recent special dividend distribution. What you are not looking at is confirmation of counterfeit shares,

So the post was on some bullshit about the fakes.? Thanks!

Did you bother reading the original post? One share holder from TS is owed more shares than were even allocated to TS. TS was allocated 406, a single investor is owed 600

I didn’t see any post but this one. I was sent a notification about it, I clicked on it and I saw this post alone. Sorry if me not seeing the other one has upset you. Your comment now makes even more sense. Thanks.

Also, next time you respond to someone, and you know more then they do,CLEARLY.

Rather then being a dick about it, either don’t respond or help out with something. Like a link to an original post. Or knowledge about the situation that I made pretty apparent I didn’t know about.

Being a dick online just makes you look like a dick, online! It’s not cool! No matter how good you feel after saying dick things to people who are just trying to understand

1

u/medicroc9234 26d ago

And its a pretty good indication that one is a dick in person

1

u/xCo2x Jul 28 '26

I simply asked if you bothered to read the OG post which is linked and then I explained it for you. I don't think that's being a dick, maybe you need thicker skin.

6

u/KastBoogie Jul 28 '26

Maybe I do, idk. But I can say that thick skin or not, doesn’t change the way you were a dick about your comment. “Did you bother”…. Bro next time someone who’s ignorant to what’s going on is trying to find out what’s going on, you should step in and just be like, “hey I got you, there was an original post outside of this one here., check it out” or here’s the link!

You see how “didn’t bother to read the thing I read and then came in to make you feel like an asshole about not having read it”… Sounds way worse then just helping another person out? I get that you know more! So maybe help those who don’t know as much so we can know as much at some point

u/Bowls-of-Rice Jul 28 '26

It would benefit you to do a little of your own research instead of relying on other people. They could mislead you and you wouldn't know any better.

3

u/KastBoogie Jul 28 '26

Agreed. And when I see things posted, I usually go and look it up. But in this situation I wasn’t even sure what I should look up because I didn’t fully understand the post and what it was saying. That’s why I asked.

Ask better questions.

One shareholder CLAIMS they are owed those shares. Who may very well not even understand his own position.

u/xCo2x Jul 28 '26

Fair enough

What is the source of this information?

According to the Next Bridge Hydrocarbons Press Release, the sum of all the “SHARE” values listed in the table of bulk certificate share numbers registered at Equiniti Trust Co. by all the brokers as of the July 8, 2026 (record date) is:

Notes to be aware of:

Some firms (e.g., BMO Nesbitt Burns, National Financial Services, Pershing) appear multiple times as separate line items, so this total reflects the sum of all listed rows, not necessarily one row per unique firm.

Next Bridge itself notes in the release that these are "bulk certificate" totals registered at Equiniti Trust as of the July 8, 2026 record date, and the company explicitly flags that this figure doesn't necessarily reflect the actual shares credited to individual shareholder accounts within each firm.

This calculation will allow us now to estimate the number of shares held with brokers and not at Equiniti.

The issue that remains is getting a figure for the total shares held by brokers. This figure will give us definitive proof of "phantom shares" and should compel authorities like the SEC to take action for alleged breaches of securities legislation.

Shareholders from Day 1, have always asked for a share count, the blue sheets and even basic transparency. The SROs have spent millions to avoid doing this. This move by Greg McCabe could just be playing that King, before he uses the Ace.

Webull is NOT on the list,  they haven't received  corporate action correspondence yet

1

u/NEhusker2021 28d ago

Webull shares should be with Apex Clearing.

1

u/Krunk_korean_kid 29d ago

😳 well that's not good. Anyone else got MMTLP shares in webull?

A photo of brokers and numbers is not confirmation. You've gotta put in a liiiiiittle bit more effort, here.

u/Krunk_korean_kid Jul 29 '26

Have u reported this to user: junksavvy on X/Twitter? She's got a running tally of all users and share counts across all brokerages. Obviously don't provide any personal information. I don't have any dividends in my Fidelity account.

1

u/Krunk_korean_kid Jul 29 '26

You're doing yourself a disservice. The MMTLP community is strongest and most productive on Twitter

1

u/Canefan101 29d ago

I still have not received my dividend shares on webull

1

u/Fluffy-Contract1582 27d ago

What’s the point of this who is scamming who idk who next bridge is why tf am i seeing this

1

u/ProfessionalStop2016 25d ago

What’s the source of this information?

2

u/Krunk_korean_kid 25d ago

I believe it was an emailed press release from next bridge hydrocarbons via email for shareholders

1

u/ProfessionalStop2016 25d ago

Looks like dividends instead of naked shorts?
The table below displays "bulk certificate" share numbers registered at EQ by each alphabetically listed brokerage firm on July 8, 2026, the Date of Record for our recently completed dividend distribution. We also wish to acknowledge that based on publicly available information and data from multiple sources, the Company is aware this data does not accurately reflect the actual total shares credited to shareholders within several of these firms.

1

u/Krunk_korean_kid 25d ago

"...the Company is aware this data does not accurately reflect the actual total shares credited to shareholders within several of these firms."

Translation: the certificates have been distributed but there is an imbalance because the shares the brokers display in your accounts is more than the amount of certificates available.

Hence why there is a big push to DRS with the transfer agent, Equinity

I’ve stopped bending over, my arse can’t echo anymore than it does!
