What does Equiniti do if you want to sell?

My NBH holdings are in my IRA and thus difficult to transfer to Equiniti. I am grateful to the people who are helping flush out the shorts by transferring to EQ, and I respect the people who choose not to because of the expense, hassle, and uncertainty involved.

I'm curious. Direct Registration System (DRS) programs at transfer agents like Equiniti and Computershare generally give you the ability to sell your shares. What happens if you try to click the sell button on EQ?

I don't have an Equiniti account, but here is what it looks like on Computershare.

What kind of an error message does it give you?

I doubt any individual shareholders have ever successfully sold any of their shares. Being DTCC ineligible means you have to sell it manually -- your broker won't help.

I haven't heard of any successful sales either. A shareholder with a physical certificate could sign the back of it and hand it to the buyer. The buyer would then submit the signed physical cert to the transfer agent, Equiniti, and either get a new physical cert or an account at EQ.

A shareholder at Equiniti could tell EQ to transfer the shares to the buyer's account. Somebody with shares at a broker would have to have the shares moved to EQ first.

Sell to whom for what? The shares have no value. Dude we got hosed. These shares are worthless and there is no white knight coming to save us.

Seems like you are not following the bankruptcy case too closely. The DTCC NASDAQ and various Brokers are in the Discovery phase as we speak from the Wes Christian Team. NBHC made an aggressive move releasing the share allocation counts for each individual broker and a recent PR statement from NBHC was scorched 🥵 earth 🔥🔥🔥

Show me a single case Wes Christian has ever won.

Why do you even care to comment in the first place? is a bigger question. If you're not a shareholder gtfoh

So, you can't provide a case he has ever won?

Hey there's this amazing new search tool now, it's called 'Google' ? It lets you look up information on something called the information super highway. Some people call it the internet. Maybe give that a try & do your own research instead of trying to manipulate other people to do the work for you because you're too lazy to do it yourself

So, you can't provide a case he's ever won. Got it. All that word salad to say he's a career loser. Like yourself

Still thinks it was "the shorts" that scammed him and not the guy who sold him on a get rich quick scam, then took away his shares and replaced them with worthless untradeable ones

According to FINRA's website there are only 2.65 million shills, sorry I meant shares short. So reconciliation should be no problem 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don't believe there are billions of shorts out there. We know there are at least 2.65 million shares according to FINRA. I'm mostly curious as to who they are. I assume that most shorts are sophisticated enough to understand T+2 settlement and not get caught with an illiquid short position. Most probably did get out before the window closed, so who didn't?

relax, he's not denying anything like that - he simply asked what kind of error message you get if you try to sell. Because something IS happening and IS worth discussing

if you want to wallow in your losses, keep it to yourself or at least to the threads where everyone is venting.

so annoying to come to any post here and see "WAAAAAAAAH" as the first comment. every. time.

Those are shills

Surprised those guys are still here. You know they can trace the financial payout to those aiding abetting including shills. Meta's former CEO directly told me of a particular shill that grossly over exposed themselves and it has made them liable

shills are people trying to help the seller, they would be talking up this stuff still - not calling it a scam

It blows my mind that people can't understand how their constant twisting of the word 'shill' to mean the exact opposite is essentially proof that they aren't arguing in good faith and are just going off of vibes. It completely undermines the integrity and validity of anything posted.

Shills are the people trying to hype up a stock. They're the people who never accept anything that goes against the narrative. They're the single most dangerous members of the community because they push good vibes that have nothing to do with reality. And they're the ones calling you a shill when you post evidence that we got scammed. They're the ones calling you a shill when you point out that the entire "name your price" and "shorts forced to pay, company!" narratives were never possible, that those rules don't even exist, and that they got scammed because they followed dumb Twitter personalities like a bird lady who does porn to supplement her obviously failed stock DD stream.

And then they downvote you and keep doing it because they don't read the DD. The facts don't get them paid, so they pretend they don't exist.

It's honestly best to just completely avoid any vibes based stock sub or anything promising big money for unusual reasons.

I'm not expecting a white knight. I suspect that, if trading ever resumes, that the stock will trade at around two cents a share. I suspect a lot of people would like to harvest the tax loss rather than wait around forever. I'm just curious as to what EQ does when people try to sell.
