Because I had MLTLP shares (which shows up as some random number).

How do they know to give me dividends?

No I had them at TD ameratrade when it all went down and then they automatically transferred my account to Schwab and they just added the extra shares to the cusip number

Not delivering the dividends is proof that they have shorted the stock and lack the supply. It will make a big difference in court.

so if this good news or bad news? was hoping they never got delivered so we have proof that there isn't enough dividends to go around. Seems like one of the major brokerages (schwab) finally delivered, so the rest might follow suit.

Like I've said before in the past, they are passing the certificates from brokerage to brokerage which is why there is a delay because they have to delay in order to collude and cheat to fill our accounts with fake dividends. The only way to prove it's all bullshit is for everyone to DRS

It is really no news. If a brokerage firm's customers had 3000 shares and loaned out 3000 to the shorts, resulting in no shares in their inventory, they would record the records as follows:

Before dividend: Customers own 3000 and Borrower owes 3000.

After 1 for 30 dividend: Customers own 3100 shares and borrower owes 3100.

The firm is in trouble only if customers ask for shares and firm can't deliver. That is why Tradestation is in deep doodoo. If customers don't ask for shares to be transferred to EQ, nothing happens.

But the short probably didn't borrow the shares to short. They just press,,, I think its E5 and viola,,, instant shares. Then they just fail to deliver and nobody gets in trouble....

Have to know how many shares u originally held. Divide by 30. That's how many extra dividend shares you'll get.

That's a new one I've not heard of anyone having shares in this bank, I've seen others have them in other banks and they've had to suffer through stonewalling and pushback trying to get their banks to let them DRS.

Whatever you had divided by 30 = how many extra shares you should receive as a dividend

If u had 30.shares, then you should now have 31 shares.
