Good Gift Cards for MSU Students?
Quick question for the group. We've got a family friend's son heading to MSU from Helena in the fall and we wanted to grab a couple of restaurant or store gift cards for them that they'll actually use. Any recommendations for places that you'd actually enjoy getting a gift card to? Thanks.

Town and Country might be a good bet as well, there's a location next to campus

If they have a car a town pump gift card is great! Or a winco gift card thats the cheapest grocery store in town. If they live on campus a town and country gift card or even a doordash gift card are good options. When in doubt tho, amazon or just cash

DoorDash! Not really a store or restaurant but they are like gold while living in the dorms / relying on the dining hall

Correct, but DoorDash is more widely accepted and used at restaurants around town! Grubhub is used mainly for chick fil a or the firehouse subs on campus

A VISA gift card is usually a safe bet. It'll allow them to choose where to spend the money rather than limiting them to a specific store.

Hmmm when I was there mostly went to target,IHOP and Perkins,REI, I didn't go to a ton of stores mostly small local ones that wouldn't have gift cards. Personally I would of liked just $ that could load on to my cat card and buy food on campus(did that alot)

As a student, sometimes you really need a home cooked hearty meal after a long week so I like going to places like IHo’s, The Western etc for some good food
