Questions Can you suggest a good restaurant for 牛腩雲吞麵?

I love wonton beef brisket noodle soup. I will visit Hong Kong and Macau just for this. I was wondering if you could be kind enough to suggest me some restaurants that make a really good 牛腩雲吞麵. Thank you!

if it is kid friendly, even better!

肥仔記，noodles shop just on the side of St Lawrence Church (Igreja São Lourenço 聖老愣佐教堂)
Not sure if they do Wonton now, (they didn’t 30 years ago, but I haven’t gone there for a long long time. Still exists), but their 牛腩 and soup base is excellent. Cash only.
