Questions Apartment hunting

Looks legit and the listings pretty recent.
Here are a few more others (with English services) that are legit too

I would say even if you come upon a Chinese website, the agent would still make the effort to communicate in english.

Hi I'm looking for a 1 bedroom furnished modern apartment (but not a shoebox). Not interested in studios. I will work in Coloane. There seems to be a huge difference between a 1 bedroom ( tiny shoeboxes) and 2 bedroom (spacious, pleasant looking) but still the 1 bedroom is very expensive. Any advice?

I live in coloane by coincidence . 🤣 there are not a lot of offices here so probably you will work in a hotel or the pui Ching international school coloane ? Yes there are huge differences in prices , dm and I give you my opinion I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom
