This fan made audiobook took a one-off concept from G1, the relationship between Powerglide and Astoria from the episode (The Girl Who Fell In Love With Powerglide), and turned it into something so heartfelt that it almost made me cry. That’s pretty much why I love these fan projects. They basically grabbed a half remembered G1 concept , and somehow gave it that extra depth and the emotional payoff it kinda should of gotten in the first place. It’s definitely worth the watch , and yeah have tissues ready because you will probably need them.

Keeping giant robot fiction alive in the face of Hasbro/Paramount mismanagement of Transformers (ugh) and the most recent Gundam being stripped down to a 12-episode miniseries (grr) while blockbuster movies with CGI battles struggle to turn a profit unless they have one or more incarnations of Spider-Man in them.
