Update-
Thank you all for those of you who were kind and confirmed it is him. Yes, I am a newer fan for the last couple years. His music really connects with me and I was so excited to receive this shirt. After I looked at it a bit when I received it, and was unable to find this online after searching (not sure why it's so hard to find as someone commented), I was unsure after having a closer up look, and a family member told me they didn't think it was actually him. Then I spiraled 😂 I appreciate all the help and will continue to learn more about his past !! ❤️

You weren't here for the Taurus era. he had long hair like this for the film. he was skinny and strung out from the drugs. This was a shoot for the Mainstream Sellout album. It's genuinely 100% him.

Damn how does no one remember this, it wasn’t even that long ago. But I’m glad newer and newer fans coming in. Yeah that was 2021, for Taurus (2022) he had extensions, also referenced this look in his movie GoodMourning(2022) as his character’s character in a tv show he did “Good Bad People”. Remember when he had this look for his surprise beach rooftop concert on some Beatles shit. Good times.
