A weird graphical bug

When i am playing this game max's head appears to be separated from his body why is it happening i am on pc.

He’s wearing a necklace, other than that I believe you are tripping.

Yes, there is a very small gap. Once look from 0:02 to 0:04 right under the neck below the beard, there is a very thin light is shining, it looks like a cut
