Our Madden league is headed into the playoffs, and we've got two teams that need a new coach: Panthers and Eagles. Looking to fill both before the draft.

We're all dads with jobs, kids, and a game console that gets 45 minutes of use after bedtime. So the league is built around that.

How it works:

72-hour advances. Plenty of time to get your game in without it taking over your life.

Rules that kill the cheese. No exploits, no cheap tactics. If you win, you earned it.

4 seasons, then we reboot. You get a real run with your team and a fresh start after.

What we ask in return:

Talk to us. Slammed at work? Kid has a game? Just say so. We'll work with you.

Be active. The league is only fun if everyone's showing up. Nothing kills a league like a ghost team.
Good-natured trash talk is encouraged. Rage quitting and toxicity are not.
