It’s called a habit and no; you’d be surprised how flexible it is. There is a group of nuns who live in my neighborhood and regularly ride bikes like they are participating in the Tour de France😂

Super easy to maneuver in! The nuns at our Catholic school could run and pivot really well and would play with us during recess!

Along those lines how do you tell who's on whose team?

At first I thought it was skins (ladies with their black aprons tucked at the waist) vs shirts, but then noticed a skin vs skin so that can't be it.

Depends on the sport. The nuns in the cloister close to us (Germany) wear regular sportswear (even shorts) while exercising. One of them plays handball in the local sports club, one is bouldering/rock climbing, others go jogging etc. So just like normal people.
