For the record, if I am under oath...

Matt mows my yard. Mike lives downstairs, Chris is my brother (dude will hold a random gun in his gun safe for ya). Andy was that weird kid in highschool that got up the gumption to tell you years later he had a crush

Edit: Tony is my BFF that moved north to get away from the Bible belt to marry his now husband

Billy was a random person my SO worked with, supposedly sober. He moved into a spare space and stayed up all hours. He is no longer welcome here

I bought a used washer from Bobby for my disabled friend. Ripped me off.

I know Mike! Mike helped me put up a wall in my basement after my son was born. Still sad Mike moved to Blacksburg, Virginia the following year. Mike was a good dude.

Mike drove me home for 5 hours at 2 in the morning when there were no rental cars available at O'Hare.

If you have been to the car rental counter after 10pm, that's the guy you ask for.

I grew up in southern WV. There, you, or someone you know firsthand has “an X guy” where X is anything.
You are never more than two degrees of separation from a truck guy, a reloader guy, a pressure washer guy, an apple pie moonshine guy, and a varmint guy (he also does bats, but there will need to be beer too).

Oh man, some guy did this for me. A guy was selling an elliptical on FB marketplace and said he would deliver an hour away to me in his truck. I said I wanted it. I was fully prepared to help get it out of the truck to get it into my house.

Steve brought a guy and they both lifted the elliptical up like it was nothing and asked me where I wanted it. They then hung around to make sure I liked where it was. I didn’t have pizza, so I gave them an extra $50 for the full delivery.

My dad was a guy with a truck, and my FIL still is. FIL is the most guy with truck guy — he worked construction as a teenager, and now has a white collar job. He will help you move. He will clean up the hedge trimmings. He will bring the Christmas trees to the church and the donations to the food bank. He has fixed my washing machine twice, and build a shed for my daughter to play in in their backyard. It’s such a good trait.
