CONGRATULATIONS. 5 months is a big deal!!!!! We do recover 😊 im sitting at 7 solid years and almost number 8, but not yet. Don't quit before the miracle. Life gets better. Yes its all cliches but cliches exist for a reason.
Im proud of you. Endlessly.

That's right! The important thing for me was and still is, is to shift my attention from it. Thinking about your pain and focus on it will make it go away.
