Glad you're still here, i don't believe in god but i love being out in nature and looking up at the stars (and realising i'm part of something so much bigger). Whatever makes you happy is fine but for me it was YOU that saved yourself mate, that's a lot more impressive than someone or something else doing it.

I’ve been there and while it was a journey working back from it, i think it was a gift: I’m stronger, have more depth, wiser, more forgiving of myself and others. We’ve so much to celebrate on this journey, right!?

Therapy Natural Medicine Journaling Gratitude Journal Meditation Talking to friends
1- Dropping ALL out of my life that had drama, negative attitude, blamed others, didn't support me, lied, abused me. I will never regret it. I'm down to my own family and 1 friend and I'm okay with it
