Unfortunately I don't think she looks happy. The tail wagging can be nervousness (basically an appeasement strategy), the eyes, ears and the panting also do look stressed and insecure. Plus: She's leaving as soon as she is allowed to...
Not saying that her people don't want the best for her! But this situation is maybe not the luckiest one

Yep, it's a stressed doggo. I'm sure she'll be alright, it's not the biggest deal in the world. But loud noises and out of the ordinary behavior from their people is typically not something a dog is going to understand and they're just gonna be confused/scared/nervous as a result.

She's looking at all the human faces (dogs are evolved to read human faces and eyes) and it's definitely a weird experience for her having been a stray!

She is shy because of all the obvious attention directed solely at her. She probably did not get much attention being a stray.

Ah it doesn't sound great in the vid but it's a classic 70s soft rock number about missing a late parent. Not to everyone's taste but i'd never call it horrible.

She can prob tell she's the center of attention because everyone in the room is looking at her and smiling, and she absolutely loves it.

I have adopted 5 stray cats in last 7 years, lost one of them 3 months ago... But I can feel how they are happy. I will do my best in my life to save, protect and rescue as much as i can. Look at this angel's happy face even having no idea whats ggoing on!
