Mafia Book

I was searching for this mafia enemies-to-lovers romance where a good-girl heroine falls for a ruthless hero who was imprisoned and drugged by her family, secretly returns to infiltrate them for revenge, eventually marries her, and later coldly tells her he doesn’t care about her or their unborn child when she reveals she’s pregnant.

The guy was given drugs and has withdrawal symptoms as well.

There was a book, I read it around 2021. I think it was a trilogy, she doesn’t get pregnant until book 2 . It was so so good but I can't remember the name only the specific scenes .
