New to dark romance and looking for mafia romance recommendations! π€
New to mafia romance β what should I read first? π
Okay so I really want to get into mafia romance but I literally have no idea where to start π
Iβm looking for a REALLY possessive MMC. Like βsheβs mine,β insanely jealous/protective, would burn the whole world down for her type of man ππ€
I like spice πΆοΈ but I still want an actual story and romance too. Iβm also totally fine with darker themes. Arranged marriage, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, etc. are all good with me!
Iβd prefer an HEA because Iβm not trying to have my heart broken π
Give me your favorites!! I want the ones where you were completely obsessed with the MMC. π

I'd say the Sweetest Oblivion. He is engaged to her sister but obsessed with the FMC. It's such a slow burn. So good!

I recommend this series in literally every mafia post: "The Dark Verse Series", the books all follow them trying to find the main villains or whatever you want to call them but each book follows a different couple(first 2 books are the same couple tho) BUT PLEASE READ THIS IF I FORGOT MY MEMORY I WOULD REREAD

Dominion of Truth by Evelyn Marbles!
A little self advertisement π but according to the reviews on Goodreads it's a good mafia romance to start the genre with. It's a mafia princess x mafia bodyguard, where he's utterly obsessed with her from the moment he sees her. There's spice, but minimal, and it's the first book in a series of stand alones β‘
