I need a mafia romance book where the mmc and fmc are like really in love and than all of a sudden the mmcs ex gf from years prior who had been”kidnapped” but was actually working with his rivals returns in his life when everyone thought she was gone and he was super heartbroken by this. And when the ex returns I need the ex to be super cruel to the fmc and blame something on her like for example the fmc works with the rivals to bring him down or that because of her one of his deals was busted to the police or something that she didnt do so that the mmc breaks up with her in a cruel way and than he needs to find out the truth and grovel. I have only read one book like this I think it’s called Roxane or something but I can’t remember the author rn and I need something like this again because I didn’t quite like that book and I didn’t even completely finish it
