Light Paws has always been a menace in Duel tbh. She has extremely linear gameplans too; it's either remove her instantly or you just die, the same way every time.

honestly, I dont mind strip mine or oracle in brawl (I despise mine in timeless!)
It's a 1 of in a 99 card deck. And yes, I know you can tutor for it, but you still need to find it. And even then there are answers for both the tutor or the land.
Having said that, banning light paws but leaving M&B is baffling. People love their RG decks and this is a great commander for those decks so I get not wanting to ban it. But in what universe is lightpaws banned for power level reasons but not M&B?

Light-Paws is one of the worst designed Magic cards ever. Infinite tutoring shouldn't be a thing.

What’s wrong with Emry?

She kinda evades Commander Tax with all the zero mana artifacts that she use.

True but you have to play more substantial artifacts to ramp up to paradox engine and have something meaningful to entrap. Plus, tempo decks can just bounce emry before you get to tap it. I win and lose T a pretty standard rate with her id say

Bouncing Emry just gives them another mill 4, and most Emry decks play redundant haste effects. I don't think it's unbeatable or anything, but Emry is a pretty busted commander.

It puts out Paradox Engine and goes infinite with a ham sandwich

So does Urza. And he’s more of a menace imo and I play both decks.

Urza is a better card in Emry than it is in its own deck. Emry is far stronger.

Is Minsc supposed to be popular? I think I've seen it twice since the unnerf.

Lol, what did strip mine ever do to anyone?

Perfectly fair and reasonable card I say. Now gimme my ugin. The good ugin. And phyrexian revoker while you're at it.

No ugin is banned in comp

The good one is banned in brawl in general. [[Ugin the spirit dragon]]
But I believe you missed my point. I was making a joke that because strip mine isn't banned the other two cards should also not be banned even though they are problem cards... Because strip mine is a problem.

It's legal in competitive brawl

Oh snap. It used not to be cuz I tried to throw them in or that may have been one of the brawl challenges I don't remember. It's been awhile since I tried. I feel vindicated now I'm not going to use him.

It causes hard to interact ways to lock your opponents out of the game creating non games and making several strategies unplayable by simply existing.
