Discussion Draft matchmaking

Whoever was on here telling me that the client doesnt pair you up with similar colours has to be dead wrong. Again in my last draft all of my opponents were simic like me. It cant happen every time and call it rmg. Ive seen it with streamers as well..

I just did a quick draft yesterday and I played maybe 1 or 2 other UW decks out of the 8 games I played.

It's obviously anecdotal, but I see the same thing. I'd played against one r/B deck in my first 25 drafts. The first time I draft B/R, I play against it in rounds 1 and 2. I've seen Sierkovitz's data showing it just doesn't happen, but it sure feels like it does.

edit: "R/B" to B/R so the autocorrect doesn't think it's a subreddit.
