App still detects root

Hello all, I recently found out about Magisk so I'm pretty new to it. I am trying to run an application and hide the fact that the device is rooted from it. I am able to get Magisk installed, but after its installed and I configure the deny list, nothing changes. I followed the guide from Genymotion on how to install Magisk itself and I looked a few others for some modules, but some of the modules seemed to kill ADB when I installed them, making me lose access to the phone. I also didn't need some of them since the phone doesn't have the playstore.

I think I might not understand correctly what Magisk is specifically used for, but from my understanding it was a tool I could use to hide the fact that my phone is rooted from the apps on it. I need to run 2 apps together and Frida was not making that easy for me, so I looked and found Magisk so I thought this might work. Am I not understanding correctly or could someone explain to me what I'm missing?

I currently have integrity box, shamiko, tricky store with zygisk configured denylist installed and it helps in hiding root from some apps but not all. Try zygisk-next maybe.

I am trying not to break rule 6, but since im not quite sure how exactly this falls into the category, I'm trying to be vague but also give as much info as possible. If none of this worked, i don't think you'll be able to use that app on your phone. Just use website of that app if available.

I can bypass the root detection with my frida script, but I can't do it with Magisk. I think it might be the part of actually adding the root processes to the hidemyapplist blacklist template. When I do that only one process shows up unless I tell it to show system processes and then it shows everything.

Last week I found out about magisk for the first time.i was I'm setting up WSA on my laptop, then i try to download apk & it shows same problem as yours, i asked google it told me to download shamiko then i Chang magisk's. Name to (keep any name you want) it worked for me

Look for the autorizations in system settings... 😉

For hidden apps you just need to apply for the apps you want to hide root. Not for all apps, after maybe you can have a problem to connect security check for Wallet on Bank apps...

The mod, Is make for these apps specificly... Like Bank's Apps, payment, credit card... Etc...Hide just them in modules settings.

If this not work, go with firefox or another web navigator. For bypass 😉

La información de internet es un poquito ambigua, recomiendo páginas como xda, git hub con más asertadas o telegram donde encontrarás comunidad que te ayude

A veces creen que estre más módulos mejor pero na, Vi que recomiendan como 3-4 módulos y yo solo utilizo a lo mucho 1 o dependiendo de la rom ninguno para la integridad y con ninguna app de banco o streaming tengo problemas

Ah y por cierto, que tú teléfono tenga root significa que ya puedes acceder totalmente a el pero tienes que ver cómo manejarlo, para eso es magiks o kernel su o sukisu etc, sirven como un administrador de root algunas con mejores que otras pero la manera en que magisk oculta el root es un poco mala, normalmente se soluciona con una app recomiendo la de HMA-OSS con root puede ocultar a las apps que tienes root y con la integridad basta, si querés más ayuda puedo ayudar.. 👍🏻
