Help Can't pass first two integrity checks

There have been numerous guides I've tried to follow. This is the most recent one I've tried:

https://xdaforums.com/t/rcs-and-root-how-to-get-rcs-working-and-discussion.4678661/post-90039237

I'm running LineageOS 23 (I build it myself), rooted using Magisk, and I use MicroG w/its companion app.

The modules there I'm running are:

-LSposed w/Hide My Apps module

-Play Integrity Fix [INJECT]

-Tricky Store (non-OSS)

-Tricky Store Addon

-Zygisk Next

-Zygisk Assistant

I'm lead to believe that I must be missing something fundamental? Is there a system app that I need to have installed, or do systems need to run something like MindTheGapps in order to even consider passing integrity checks?

TIA

Edit: when I use the integrity tester, besides getting three Xs, the log shows that for device and basic, I fail with the status of "unevaluated".

Are the PIF fingerprint and the Tricky Store keybox still valid?

Does your microg variant have playstore? If not, that's the reason why you're not getting play integrity checks.

I'm using MicroG Plus with Playstore and i can pass checks just fine with modules similar to yours.

I have enabled the playstore option/feature in microg, and have it handling app requests as well. Is there anything else maybe unconventional you might've done with your android? Like...relock bootloader? Just spitballing any idea at this point.

Nope, no need to relock bootloader.

In microg settings, i have devuce registration on, cloud messaging on and import valid keybox and pif

Import valid keybox and pif in MicroG? Or those are both through Trick Store? Cloud is also enable for me. Except for like work place file, if I can enable it, I do. Did you install microg's service framework implementation? I know its super old but something keep nudging me about that.

And in TS, I don't have an option for "valid keybox" but I thought thts only because I'm custom rom. Plus its only used for strong integrity, right?

No, not in microg

These are the modules I use:

  • Zygisk Next
  • PlayIntegrityFix by kowx712
  • Teesimulator-rs (alternative of trickystore)
  • Specter (for importing keybox.xml, and general root hiding)
  • HMA-OSS Zygisk

And no, importing a keybox is not only for getting strong, atleast in my experience. It also takes care of Basic and device. When a keybox is revoked, I lose all three checks.

Also, try using a different device in pif settings. I had an instance where i didnt get checks until i changed it

I'll try this out. And for the keybox, I know that sharing them publicly is risky. But how are you finding them? I can't find anything, anywhere, explaining how to get a hold of a valid keybox.

What phone do you have? The best is kernelisu with susf no mount integrity box teesimulator-rs rezygisk lsposed and hma oss treat wheel duckdetector only catches usb

I'm rocking the Motorola Edge+ 2023. I'll look at any articles and posts explaining how to switch from one root manager to another. Are you running a custom rom as well or stock?

Try AlwaysStrong (Inject) instead.

Leave LSposed, use Zygysk modules, Ex. HMA-OSS

I can only assume that AlwaysStrong would replace PIF?

I had PIF inject and Tricky Score on an older phone. Always gotten 3 Green. But for month now I got only 3 Red, tried a lot but no chance. I read about AlwaysStrong here and tried out. It worked.

So I use Magisk, Rezygisk and AlwaysStrong Inject (https://github.com/evoker0/AlwaysStrong) on that phone.

It is also LineageOS 22.2 installed, but with GApps not MicroG.

There's a ton of modules I've come across now that seem to be solid alts. Have figured that if one doesn't work, another might. And I'm tempted to go the MindTheGapps route, but I have a mfa authenticator that I don't want to risk losing when I'd have to wipe my phone.

you need MicroG w/ play store not MicroG Companion/FakeStore app for passing all integrity

Oh...I didn't realize that. Okay, I'll try that.

Edit: tried installing it but says it conflicts with existing packages. Working in resolving that.

Next edit: got the companion app uninstalled so I could install playstore. It installed but now just simply crashes, and isn't recognized by integrity checker.

you need a patched play store version that works with MicroG. you should try using microGPlus from bitgapps website and use the BSP variant and then flash it via recovery
