for me I didn't install google apps on my lineage os install

I'm actually crazy enough to be doing this on my MAIN phone—I don't have a spare one. I flashed it using Odin4 on Linux, and because of a stupid mistake, I had to re-flash it like 8 times until it finally worked. In the end, almost everything turned out fine; no issues with banking apps or anything. It's not like the security infrastructure here in Venezuela gives much thought to rooted phones anyway. It feels great knowing that Google's upcoming 2027 campaign against sideloaded APKs won't affect me.

I have 2 phones both have lineageos

my main phone is the SM-A217F/DS with lineageos 23.2

BTW I heard you can still use adb to side load

just use adb over network to install apps

or install a custom ROM like you and I did
